Brief History of the PCG Trinity Congregation, London Presbyters’ Conference.
The Presbyters’ Conference is an organisation of serving and non-serving presbyters.
Membership is voluntary but not automatic.
Following the dissolution of the Joint North and South London District Presbyters’ Conference on
1st January, 2019, the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the South London District (SLD)
Presbyters’ Conference, was tasked to oversee the formation and election of substantive officers
for each local conference.
The Trinity Congregation Presbyters’ Conference was birthed on 22nd February 2021.
Its first executive officers were elected on 21st May, 2021 and inducted into office on 10th
October, 2021 by the then SLD Minister – Rev. Henry Addo Darko, at Trinity Congregation.
The Executives were:
1. Dr. Israel Nartey – President
2. Mr. Ebenezer Ofe – Boakye – Vice President
3. Ms. Kinful D. Abbey – Secretary
4. Ms. Rebecca Darko- Assistant Secretary
5. Ms. Beatrice Nunoo- Treasurer
6. Mrs. Joyce Addo Yobo- Financial Secretary
7. Mrs. Janet Mireku – PRO
8. Ms. Felicity Asantewaa – Assistant PRO
9. Mrs. Vera Sasuh Darko – Chaplain
10. Mrs. Comfort Ofosuhene Ofei – Assistant Chaplain
The conference was inaugurated on 29th September 2024, by Rev. Dr. Victor Okoe Abbey, SLD
Minister, at Trinity Congregation, London.
New executives were elected after a term of four years on 19th August 2025.
The New Executives were inducted on 14th December 2025 at the Trinity Congregation by Rev.
Dr Victor Okoe Abbey, SLD Minister.

9. Chaplain – Mrs. Abena Marfoa HemansOBJECTIVES:
i. To promote the spiritual, moral and social life of its members to realise their potential and to
accept responsibility in the church and society.
ii. To assist the agents in the holistic growth and development of the Presbyterian Church of
Ghana in strict accordance with the church’s constitution.
iii. To encourage Christian fellowship at all levels of church structure.
iv. To promote the interchange of ideas and techniques with sister churches.
MOTTO: THAT WE ALL MAY BE SAVED.
GREETINGS: “Keep my Flock” Response: “With Love”.
MEETINGS: Monthly or alternate months; depending on Presbytery and District programmes. We
have Talks/Retreats/Bible study and Quiz. Members pay monthly dues of five pounds. There is a
Welfare Policy in place to cater for the needs of members.
Currently Membership stands at 36 Presbyters (Serving and Non-Serving). There is a recruitment
drive to attract more members.
