Bible Study and Prayer Group (BSPG)
Leadership:
In 2021, the following executives were elected:
- President: Mrs Elizabeth Serwaa Owusu Ansah
- Vice President: Mrs Vera Sasuh Darko
- Secretary: Mrs Evelyn Shaldrine Otu
- Organiser: Mrs Theodora Apau Danso
- Treasurer: Mr Ernest Osei
They were re-elected in 2024 and continue to lead the group.
Membership:
Founded in 2000, BSPG currently has
31 registered members, with an average attendance of
15–20 members per meeting.
Aim & Objectives:
The group seeks to foster spiritual maturity, strengthen the church’s spiritual life and ministry, and promote Christ-like character. Key priorities include:
- Spiritual growth and unity
- Evangelism and outreach
- Membership development
- Support for congregational growth
Activities:
- Prayer Rally: Monthly prayer sessions involving the congregation, youth, and young adults.
- Evangelism: Street outreach and plans to involve the entire congregation.
- Meetings: Held on the first and second Saturdays of each month for prayer, Bible study, evangelism, and visitations.
Prayer Focus:
- Growth and unity of Trinity Congregation and PCG London District
- The universal church
- The sick, needy, and individual needs
- Social, spiritual, and global peace
Church Involvement:
Members actively serve in various areas, including session, Bible studies, JY, Mission and Evangelism Committee, and English service.
